An unplanned fall of the mine roof occurred on the tailgate entry of the 14 Left longwall at approximately 20+00 measuring 30' long x 8' wide x 4' high. The fall was not above the anchorage zone of the bolts and ventilation was not impaired but it prevented passage of men off the tail of the longwall face.
