## Narrative

Employee was removing a countershaft arm guard.  The employee was removing a port-o-power that he was using to guide the arm guard on the lift.  The rigging broke and the arm guard fell on employee's left hand.  Employee received a contusion to his hand and therapy was started on 11/28/11.
