Employee was resting his right knee on turn buckle on section tailpiece to break loose 2"" water line reducer. He was pushing on the wrench when he felt pain in his lower abdomen and groin area. He stated that he had helped lift rib rail on miner during this shift but hadn't noticed any pain until this occurred.
