An unintentional roof fall was discovered at approximately 10:30 p.m. on the 3 East Mains at Crosscut No.52 in the No. 2 bdg. The fall was in the intersection. The fall was approximately 6'-8' high and 20' wide and approximately 10' long. All approaches to the fall were timbered off. The fall did not interupt ventilation.
