## Narrative

Employee was operating a dozer and smelled diesel fumes in the cab.  He began getting sick, upset stomach, stomach pain, chest pain and coughing.  He was seen at the ER, diagnosed with bronchitis that was exacerbated by inhaling diesel fumes.  He was admitted to the hospital for observation for 2 nights.  Released on 12/15 to follow up for release to work on 12/19.
