Narrative

Employee was working on the suction on his roof bolter. He asked his partner to assist him. He was reaching under the boom area and had his hand laying on the long arm of the boom and asked his partner to raise the boom. As he did so, his hand was caught in the scissor pinch point causing a crushing injury.
