Narrative

Employee was using a hand grinder with a 4"" cutoff wheel to cut an opening on an electrical box when the grinding wheel caught a corner, broke apart, and kicked the grinder back, striking the employee in the left hand, just below the base of his pinky finger causing a laceration.
