EE is a new shovel operator and was moving the shovel to another area. He was standing up and using the joy sticks to operate the shovel. He felt had a back spasm and was removed from the shovel. He was been with the company since March of 2011. He mentioned he had a snowmobile accident a few years ago and has had problems with his back before.
