## Narrative

While working in a transformer vault and installing a 3-inch high voltage electrical cable, he started to adjust the cable supports.  The cable slid back into the 5"" conduit pulling his hand into it.  Finger was sore and ice applied.  An hour later, he went to squeeze a hook and felt a pop in his finger.
