Narrative

IE stepped out of van on 9/4/11 and felt pain in his knee. Was taken to Dr. and released to full duty. He continued to experience pain and saw an orthopedic specialist. An MRI was ordered on 9/26/11 and the employee was diagnosed with a torn ACL on 9/28/11. He decided to seek a second opinion, delaying treatment, and had surgery on 12/10/11 making this a lost time.
