Narrative

Employee was assisting with loading of Drill Steel onto the bed of the Boom Truck. The forklift operator set the Drill Steel into the cradle and backed away. Employee stepped forward to begi n tie down of Drill Steel when the Drill Steel rolled off and struck the employee in the lower left leg.
