Narrative

Employee was lifting the cover over a driveline on a scoop. When he had it up, it slipped out of his fingers causing it to come down on top of 3 fingers on his left hand. X-rays showed a fracture to the middle finger. NOTE: He was released to come back to work on his next regular shift.
