Narrative

He was climbing out of his track motor operator cab and stepped on a small lump of coal, twisting his left knee. The EE continued to perform his regular duties, until the results of an MRI on 12/13/11 showed a meniscus tear in his left knee. First day away from work was 12/14/11.
