Narrative

Employee was walking between the stage loader and rib when his foot slipped on a rock, twisting his left knee. Employee continued working and went to the doctor in September where he was diagnosed with a torn ACL. Employee continued working until he was taken off work on 12/21/2011 for surgery to repair his knee.
