## Narrative

The employee felt discomfort in his bike while removing a 2 ton chain fall from overhead after completing the installation of new liners in the feed chute on line 3 primary mill.  The employee was evaluated by a Physician on 1-3-12 and taken off of work.  He returned to work as scheduled on 1-9-12.
