## Narrative

A pallet with a filter press hydraulic cylinder was loaded into the igloo with a mid sized forklift. Forklift withdrew from pallet, pallet flipped on its side catching the ground spotters finger as he was escaping the igloo. The pallet flipped due to the unbalanced nature of the load. Employees right index finger sustained a fracture laceration while loading the igloo
