## Narrative

Employee was removing a piece of draw rock from the mine roof.  After prying on the rock, he attempted to push the loose rock away from him with his hands as it was resting on a roof bolt board.  His hand slipped, casuing his hand to strike the rock with his forearm.  A laceration was a result of his injury.
