Narrative

Employee states he was experiencing pain in both shoulders which he feels is the result of heavy lifting and/or mechanical work in awkward positions over many years. Employee was sent for a medical evaluation and it was determined that he does meet the Colorado Workers Comp Guidelines for a repetitive motion claim. Employee underwent shoulder surgery on 1/10/2012.
