## Narrative

Employee was moving a portable heater from the East side of Packhouse #4 to the West side where he would be working. As he wheeled the heater out of tunnel, the wheel got caught on the tap box and his shoulder jerked back, causing a great deal of discomfort. He then reported to supervisor.
