Narrative

While tightening bolts the injured was holding a wrench while a co-worker was tightening them with an 1/2"" impact. The wrench spun in his left hand striking the back of the hand and leaving a laceration that required sutures to close. He was treated and released to unrestricted duty reporting to work his next scheduled shift.
