Narrative

A wet plant Utility was assisting EE with replacing v-belts on VS-01. The utility was using a long bar to hold the motor up to release tension on the belts to allow replacement. EE was using his bare fingers to ""walk"" the new belts onto the pulley. At some point the bar slipped and pinched EE's left index finger between the belt and the pulley causing a laceration.
