## Narrative

While in the process of dismounting supply motor employee felt pain in his left knee. He stated that he has a history of knee problems. On 12-23-11 an MRI was performed. On 1-6-12 he was seen by a specialist and was informed it was a new tear. This report was delayed to determine if this was a new or old injury.
