Narrative

The EE was walking through mud, stepped on a section of slick line causing him to fall. He caught his weight on his right shoulder. On 9/15/11, MRI diagnosed possible labral tear. He continued to work his regular job as a shuttle care operator with occasional pain. On 12/15/11, a MR Arteriogram determined a labrum tear. The EE's fist day off was 1/16/12 when surgery was performed.
