## Narrative

EE was between the light plant and the screen when a rock approx 6"" in diameter fell from atop the screen and struck EE on hard hat, rendering the EE unconscious. Supervisor sent EE to hospital. Had CT Scan, evaluated by a doctor and diagnosed w/concussion and discharged w/restrictions of: Don't put yourself at risk of another concussion until symptoms of this one subside.
