Narrative

The employee stated that the service maintenance ride was down, so he was walking with a can of hydraulic oil to take to a coal hauler to fill it up, when he stepped in a hole and twisted his knee. The IE continued to work, then on 1/20/12 had surgery to repair a torn meniscus.
