Narrative

Employee using hands to place Rip Rap (12"" to 24"" stone). When employee removed a stone another stone rolled and mashed the Left Pinky Finger against another stone causing injury. The employee was using all PPE. First Aid administered and employee taken to Occupational Clinic for treatment. Three stitches or sutures.
