Narrative

Employee was loading bacon straps on scoop car, the helper pushed on bacon strap toward him, finger was between straps. Strap cut through glove cutting middle finger. PPe was not a factor, compliance rules/regs not a factor, mining equipment/system was not a factor, miner concentration was a factor.
