## Narrative

Employee was servicing the continuous miner in a crouched position. While trying to move around the side of the machine the employee slipped on a piece of flat rock that was laying in miner cable causing him to lunge forward resulting in a strain to his right knee. Employee returned to work as scheduled after seeing ER doctor. Became lost time on 1/29/12 after pain did not subside.
