Narrative

The employee tried to move a piece of steel plate 30' by 8"" by 1/4 inch, the employee grabbed one corner of the plate lifted it approximately one foot and felt a pop on his lower back. The employee was taken to the hospital to get medical attention. X-rays showed no significant damage other than sore muscle.
