Narrative

Employee believes that while cleaning out the cooler grate at the kiln hood they were over-exposed to radiant heat. This heat caused a burn to develop on their face and around their eyes. The kiln dust in area may have irritated the affected area even more. They felt discomfort and irritation and affected area had swelling.
