Roof fall in #11 seam at crosscut 122. Fall was in crosscut between belt line and supply rd. 18' to 0' wide, 18' long and 3 to 5' high. Belt line and road were both cribbed, Fall was between cribs. Ventilation was not affected and no one was trapped or hurt.
