Narrative

Employee stated that he was opening a battery lid. The IE had his hand positioned on the other side of the door. When he was raising the lid, the lid shifted smashing his finger between the other lid, causing a fracture to the tip of his left ring finger. The employee had surgery on 2/3/12.
