Narrative

EE was assisting fellow EE in moving the anchor for #225 shuttle car. The operator of the shuttle car turned on the shuttle car to reel up the cable to move the anchor. While the anchor was being reeled up it struck a rock in the roadway causing it to turn suddenly and strike the injured EE's right knee.
