An unplanned roof fall was discovered at #9 belt 121 break #5 entry. Fall was approximately 20' Wide x 10' Long x 6-7' High. No injuries, entrapment or equipment involved. No ventilation, escape way, or travel way involved. This is a belt tunnel mine with non producing section.
