Narrative

4701 #1 hoist PLC received an activation signal from the upper track limit switch and the hoist pinion brake set. In troubleshooting why the pinion brake set maintenance found that moisture in the upper track limit switch caused the signal error to be sent to the hoist PLC. The upper track limit switch was dried and cleaned, checked for proper operation and placed back in service.
