Narrative

Employee states approximately five years ago he was putting bolts in a scoop and felt a pop in his hand. Employee has continued to work but is experiencing pain and numbness in his elbows wrists. Employee was sent for a medical evaluation and this injury meets the Colorado Workers Compensation Guidelines for an Occupational Illness.
