Narrative

While cleaning under the prestrip feeder, employee was dumping a wheelbarrow of material over the edge of a concreted area. The front of the wheelbarrow become stuck in a pile of mud, so employee grabbed the legs of the wheelbarrow for better grip. While pulling the wheelbarrow loose from the mud, he hyper extended his left thumb.
