Injury was initially recorded as a non-reportable first aid. Employee came back from scheduled days off complaining that he had pain in his RT elbow. Employee was pulling a 30 foot long x 1"" plastic add water pipe from surge tank when he felt sharp pain in his RT elbow. MRI taken on 2/16/12 revealed slightly torn biceps tendon. EE is on modified duty for 6 weeks.
