EE was performing normal duties. He finished his shift and a report only incident was completed, stating that he felt pain in his right knee. MRI on 2/2/12 showed a subchondral cyst in right medial femoral condyle with cartilage losses. This disorder was likely due to repeated trauma from 33 years working in mine. 2/22/12 1st day missed.
