## Narrative

After gauging three jumbo barges during weather conditions of 27 degrees F he was stepping from one barge to another and his foot slipped backward. He fell face down landing on his right shoulder as he struck the barge deck. Injured continued to work until Wednesday, February 15th. He stopped working his normal duties for surgery to his shoulder.
