EE stepped off his scoop and felt left knee pain. Finishing his shift, a report only incident was completed. EE continued working with slight pain and requested an examination. MRI on 1/16/12 diagnosed a popliteal cyst, chondromaiacis patella, degenerative changes. EE was taken off work 2/9/12. Reported trauma from 37yrs. UG & medical disorders
