While he was cutting the flame of the torch stirred up dust or scale, which got behind his cutting goggles and in his right eye. eye was flushed on site, employee was sent to physician to be sure we got it all out. physician confirmed all clear and prescribed antibiotic eye drops. employee returned to work at regular duty.
