A 40-foot long x 18-feet wide x 10-foot high roof fall occurred in the #3 Belt Entry of the 7-Butt Section outby the working section. The area had been supported with 4-foot FG Roof resin Bolts. A contributing factor may have been slicken-sided roof rock.
