## Narrative

Company # 808 scoop was being trammed though a curtain which had been rolled up on 1 South Mains. The curtain became caught on one of the headlights of the scoop. A fellow EE raised the curtain off the scoop. The scoop operator proceeded to tram the scoop and the injured EE was struck on his right foot by the tire of the scoop.
