Employee was standing on the side guard bar on the miner when he slipped and bumped his abdomen. Employee stayed on the job and did not seek medical attention until 2-23-2012. He was diagnosed with an exacerbation of a hernia. Employee released with no restrictions to return to work. 1st missed day is 3-1-12.
