## Narrative

EE was walking around haul truck during lunch break on the evening shift and stepped on a rock near the front of his truck...the rock ""rolled"" under his foot causing him to lose balance and fall...as he fell his right foreleg was pinned under his body...x-ray indicated fracture of ankle...he will be off work for several weeks and is scheduled to retire 04/06/12.
