## Narrative

Employee was bolting on No. 3 unit in the face of 7L. His pinner steel became stuck on the roof so he lowered his boom and placed his hand on his chuck to check the suction. The pinner fell out of the hole in the roof and struck him on the right hand at the base of his ring finger. He finished the shift but after being x-rayed the next morning he was told his finger was fractured.
