## Narrative

Miner was exiting the DUX haul truck, when the cab door slammed shut smashing his left index finger. Miner was given first aid at the mine site, and taken to the clinic for treatment. Diagnostic Results- Tip of left index finger fracture and lacerated. Miner was given ""cephalexin 500mg"". Miner went back to work with no restrictions and no lost time.
