Narrative

Employee was breaking bolts loose on an impact structure. The bolt was tight and he was pushing hard with a ratchet and socket in his left hand holding the nut with a crescent wrench with his right hand. The crescent wrench slipped and caught his right index finger between the frame of the tail piece and the crescent wrench causing a laceration requiring 3 stitches.
