Narrative

Employee was walking in direction to the crossbelt analyzer and passed close to the kiln inlet seal located on the ground floor and step on a small pile of limestone material spilled (aprox 14""). The pile of material was hot inside and the material enter the boots causing 2nd degree burns to the back of the ankles.
